At Nargunam Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we offer both packaged food products and freshly prepared made-to-order items, our return and refund policy varies depending on the product category.

🌿 Section A – Jackfruit Products & Packaged Foods

This section applies to:

• Jackfruit Products

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged package during transit.

• You receive an incorrect product.

• The product has manufacturing defects.

• The package is unopened and in its original condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• Brief description of the issue

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted if:

• The product has been opened or partially consumed.

• Damage occurred due to improper storage after delivery.

• The product is returned after the Best Before period.

• The customer changes their mind after delivery.

Refunds

Once your request is verified, we will:

• Replace the product, or

• Issue a refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Traditional Sweets

• Murukku Varieties

• Traditional Mixture

• Custom Gift Packs

Freshly Prepared Products

These products are freshly prepared on a pre-order basis and customised according to your order.

For this reason:

Orders cannot be returned or exchanged once prepared and delivered.

Order Cancellation

More than 48 Hours Before Preparation

Orders may be cancelled.

If advance payment has been made, it will be refunded after deducting any applicable transaction charges or costs already incurred for customised packaging or materials purchased specifically for your order.

Less than 48 Hours Before Preparation

Cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients, packaging and production schedules are arranged specifically for your order.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided only in the following situations:

• Incorrect items supplied.

• Products damaged during delivery due to our handling.

• Order cannot be fulfilled by Nargunam Foods after confirmation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 6 hours of receiving the products.

Kindly provide:

• Order Number

• Photographs of the product

• Description of the concern

We will investigate and work towards a fair resolution.

⚡ Section C – 24-Hour Express Ladoo Orders

This section applies to:

• Seer Maladu

• Ragi Ladoo

• Crushed Peanut Ladoo

• Karuppu Ulundhu Ladoo

ordered under our 24-Hour Express Ladoo Service.

Express Order Confirmation

Express Orders are confirmed only after:

• Availability is verified

• Advance payment is received

Preparation begins immediately after confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Since Express Orders are prepared on priority:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

• Advance payments are non-refundable after production begins.

Order Modifications

Changes to quantity or variety may be possible before preparation starts, subject to ingredient availability and production schedule.

Once preparation has begun, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered only if:

• Nargunam Foods is unable to fulfil the confirmed order.

• Incorrect products are supplied.

• Products are damaged during delivery due to our handling.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery location.

Customers choosing Self Pickup will be informed once the order is ready for collection.

Our team is always happy to assist with any questions before your order is finalised. This helps ensure a smooth experience for both you and us while maintaining the freshness and quality of every product.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
